Golf Links Drive

Golf Links Drive was a property-based project, and involved two components, including the creation of a new brand and identity for a team of energetic property developers – GOLD.

The second component of this project was to design the brand and marketing to launch one of their new projects, a residential development of 15 apartments located in Batemans Bay - Golf Links Drive. The goal was to sell the apartments off the plan, prior to them being built, so we had to capture and inspire the imaginations of potential buyers.

Our work included defining the property marketing strategy and identifying the buyers and market segment to which we would need to appeal to with this particular development.

We worked to develop both a marketing plan and a sales strategy.

Creating a brand for the Developers was important to establishing their reputation for future projects.

The branding for Golf Links Drive was created through research of the audience to which the apartments would most appeal – a mature demographic, semi-retired or using their apartment as a weekender, often working in Canberra during the week, and looking to spend time in Batemans Bay on the weekends – and of course, a budding Golfer!

A simple, functional website, that held all the information a potential purchaser would need to know about the location, building timelines, floorplans, right down to the inclusions and finishes of their chosen apartment – the only thing we held back from the website was the pricelist to encourage buyers to fall in love, then make an enquiry.

Well written content, great photography and an even better video that sold the lifestyle of Batemans Bay to potential buyers.

Along with Digital Brochures, signage and creating floor plans for each apartment, we created a strategy and plan for the chosen Selling Agents, to ensure high-quality and consistency across the GOLD Brand was maintained. We can share more of our secrets on this, just ask us.
